MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM ORDER / ARTWORK FEES / TERMS & CONDITIONS
By placing an order with Jeni's Custom Prints & Embroidery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Made-to-Order & Custom Orders
All products are handmade and produced specifically for your order. As each item is custom-made, all sales are final.
2. Turnaround Times
Production time begins once payment has been received and approved artwork has been finalized.
Printing / DTF / Screen Printing Orders:
• 3–5 business days from payment date
Embroidery Orders:
• 1–2 weeks from payment date
Rush Orders:
• Available upon request
• Additional rush fees will apply
3. Artwork Approval & Revisions
• Once your invoice has been paid, we will provide a digital mock-up/layout for approval.
• Your order includes one (1) free revision.
• Additional revisions will be charged at $5 per revision.
• Once the artwork, embroidery proof, or print design has been approved, no further changes or modifications can be made.
4. Artwork Ownership & Copyright
By providing files, logos, artwork, or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to use them and accept full responsibility for any trademark, copyright, or intellectual property issues.
All submitted files and artwork are used solely for production purposes and will never be shared with third parties.
5. Artwork, Setup & Digitizing Fees
• A $30 setup fee applies to orders of fewer than 12 pieces.
• Artwork, setup, and digitizing fees are non-refundable.
• If a customer chooses to switch from embroidery to printing, or printing to embroidery, after artwork preparation, setup, or digitizing has been completed, the applicable artwork fee, setup fee, and/or digitizing fee will still be charged to cover the work already performed.
• Any new artwork preparation, setup, or digitizing required as a result of the change may be subject to additional charges.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required before production begins.

7. Cancellation Policy
• All custom orders are FINAL SALE.
• Cancelled orders may be subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
• Artwork, setup, and digitizing charges are non-refundable.
8. Errors & Order Issues
If you receive an item that differs from the approved artwork or ordered specifications, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will review the issue and, if applicable, replace the item with the correct product originally ordered.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Delays caused by customer approval times
• Failure to read production timelines before ordering
• Any reason unrelated to a production error on our part
Please do not place a custom or made-to-order order if you do not agree with these terms and conditions.
